Depois do ambiente todo configurado e na hora de testar não consegue estabelecer conexão?

Neste caso pode ser a configuração do Firewall do console. 

• Verifique se a porta correspondente ja foi adicionada à regra.
• Verifique se no campo destino está selecionado "Aplicar a todas as instâncias".
